Walking back from the market, we discovered El Arrecife - a great little cebicheria operated by Isabel. The lunch special #1 was a beautiful plate of ceviche, followed by a big plate of arroz con mariscos. Along with an Inka Cola, the cost was 13.90 soles, or about $US4.50 or 2,500 colones). Delicious!
