When we first got here I kept wondering how everything could be so clean. I've never even seen so much as a gum wrapper thrown on the ground. I've never seen anybody throw anything onto the ground. These street sweeper people are at work all the time. As a matter of fact, I looked out from our balcony at 2:30 in the morning once and one of them was working away across the street. Amazing! The other amazing thing is that they all wear masks and gloves.

Keeping Miraflores Clean
